Luis Severino’s stark resurgence continued Monday night, and Aaron Judge and Gleyber Torres gave the Yankees enough offense to make it count. Severino dominated the Detroit Tigers in a tidy 4-1 win on the road, striking out eight over seven shutout innings while surrendering five hits. The recent excellence marks a return to form for Severino, who pitched to a 2-8 record and 7.98 ERA over his first 15 games this season.
