Man Found Dead Near Channelview Elementary School

A 21-year-old man was found dead at 7:35 a.m. today outside a house in the 1100 block of Chestnut Bough in Channelview, near Hamblen Elementary School. The man, whose identity was not immediately available, was pronounced dead at the scene by Channelview Emergency Medical Service.
