Back in April 2013, Marvel Studios reclaimed the rights to Daredevil, after 20th Century Fox failed to get production started on their proposed reboot, which Joe Carnahan was at one time set to direct. What wasn't known at the time is whether Daredevil characters Kingpin and Elektra came with this deal.
