Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick's (D) schedule says he will make an announcement at 11 a.m. Wednesday. The announcement appears as though it will be Patrick's pick for a temporary appointee to fill John Kerry's (D-Mass.) Senate seat -- especially given that Kerry was confirmed as secretary of state on Tuesday and given that the announcement will be live-streamed.
