A bill reforming the state's Medicaid program that passed the Alabama Senate last week passed the Alabama House of Representative today and is waiting to be signed by Gov. Robert Bentley. The bill will establish integrated care networks, or ICNs, to contract with Medicaid and provide long-term care services for home health and nursing home patients, among others.
