NBC has given pilot orders to comedies produced by top talk show hosts Ellen DeGeneres and Jimmy Fallon. This brings NBC’s half-hour pilots to nine, including straight-to-series comedy Telenovela starring Eva Longoria. The first project, an untitled multi-camera from Warner Bros. TV and DeGeneres’ studio-based A Very Good Production, stars Parenthood‘s Monica Potter.
