Mortgage Rates Thursday, May 25: Lingering At 2017 Lows

Mortgage rates for 30-year fixed loans were unchanged today, while 15-year fixed rates ticked lower and 5/1 ARMs held steady, according to a NerdWallet survey of mortgage interest rates published by national lenders Thursday morning. Rates on 30-year home loans are hovering a half percentage point lower than their 2017 peak on March 14.
