By CALEB BEDILLION DAILY JOURNAL TUPELO – Construction of Tupelo’s newest splash pad at a public park should wrap up this week with an official opening scheduled for next week. The new splash pad will be located at Theron Nichols Park in the city’s southwest quadrant. Parks and Recreation Director Alex Farned hailed the development. “We’re adding our third splash pad to the city of Tupelo,” he said.
