A Connecticut legislative report shows the UConn men's basketball program had a profit of just over $6 million in the 2008 fiscal year.

Washington State coach Tony Bennett has been hired as Virginia's men's basketball coach. Washington State athletic director Jim Sterk announced the move Monday evening.
