Noomi Rapace is set to play iconic opera singer Maria Callas in the feature biopic Callas. Niki Caro (McFarland USA) is attached to direct from a screenplay she adapted from Alsfonso Signorini's biography Too Proud, Too Fragile. Content Media has come aboard to handle world sales. The biopic focuses on the passionate relationship between the diva and Aristotle Onassis which spanned almost two decades. This is a long-gestating project that resurfaced in Cannes last year…
