TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — President Barack Obama's decision to restore diplomatic relations with Cuba is a sign that political attitudes toward Cuba are changing in Florida. For decades anything less than a hard line stand against Fidel Castro was a sure way to lose a Florida election.
