It's been almost one year since Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico, and on Tuesday, 100 percent of customers who lost power because of the storm have electricity again. The Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) told ABC News they restored electricity on Tuesday to the last two families that needed it, in Ponce.
