Ohio's Charter School System Open To Abuse, Auditor Dave Yost Says

Arguing today that charter schools can get full funding for students who attend just 10 days of school, and that the “honor system” of charter attendance is open to abuse, state Auditor Dave Yost proposed a variety of additions to charter school oversight legislation.
