School district disavows vendor Edmond Public Schools is warning local businesses to be cautious about doing business with companies that claim they are selling advertising on promotional items authorized by the district. The district was made aware that sales representatives from a Texas company called Sports Promotion Network were contacting area businesses, claiming that they represent the district's three high schools, and were selling advertising on promotional items such as mugs, cups and shirts on the schools' behalf. “Every few years we observe this happening.Read more on NewsOK.com
