Just six weeks before filming was to begin, the upcoming action thriller "London Has Fallen" has lost its director. Fredrik Bond has dropped out of helming Millennium's sequel to last year's surprise hit "Olympus Has Fallen". A company spokesman claim the departure was amicable and due to creative differences. The company hopes to secure a new director by early next week. Bond ("Charlie Countryman") only came onboard the film in August, and the production's accelerated schedule may have played a big factor in the decision.
