All three northbound lanes of Interstate 71 in Delaware County are expected to be closed for hours, snarling rush-hour traffic, after a semi-truck overturned on the highway. The crash occurred between Routes 36-37 and Route 61. It happened around 12:48 p.m., according to the Delaware post of the State Highway Patrol.
