BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — The owners of a coal-fired power plant in southeastern Montana say it continues to lose money and will be shut down early next year if they can't find a buyer. Rocky Mountain Power informed the Public Service Commission of the pending closure in October. Officials say the plant has been relying on short-term energy contracts and lower power prices have caused it to lose money.
