A storied address — 96 Cascade Key in Bellevue’s Newport Shores, has come of the market for $7 million. The estate is owned by the family of Pacific Northwest business leader, the late David Jacob “Dave” Heerensperger, known widely for his piston-powered ’73 Pay ‘n Pak hydroplane. Heerensperger, who died last year at 82, was one of the founders of Emerald Downs race track in Auburn.
