Nominations for the 38th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards were announced this morning. PBS and ABC led the field with 57 nominations and 56 nominations, respectively. Among programs, ABC's General Hospital landed 21 noms. followed by CBS' The Young and the Restless (20) and PBS' Sesame Street (16). Recently canceled ABC soaps All My Children and One Life to Live scored 13 and 12 nominations, respectively.
