A 45-year-old man stabbed a 15-year-old boy with a pair of scissors Tuesday at Crocker Amazon Playground in San Francisco after he became enraged over a soccer ball being kicked into the area where he was sitting, police said. The boy was playing soccer with friends around 2:18 p.m. at the park on the 700 block of Moscow Street when a ball was kicked in the suspect’s direction.
