Police: National Championship Crowd Could Have Been Handled Better

Police could have handled things better after Ohio State’s National Championship football win, including communicating with the university and having extra officers on campus. But the use of tear gas and pepper spray was done correctly. Those were the conclusions of a Columbus police deputy chief who reviewed “after action” reports filed by supervising officers from Jan.
