Colorado Parks and Wildlife is in the process of developing a new 10-year management plan for Golden Gate State Park and is seeking public input. The 12,000-acre park, located in the foothills 10 miles west of Arvada, is Colorado’s third-busiest state park. Visitation has spiked dramatically since 2019, and it attracted more than 1.3 million visitors in 2022.
