PROVIDENCE — The Providence Board of Licenses unanimously voted to shut down Seven Nightlife for three days in an emergency hearing after a Monday morning shooting sent two people to Rhode Island Hospital.Providence police Maj. David Lapatin said during an afternoon press conference that police believe the men who were shot, ages 22 and 25, were targeted as they left the club at 114 Spruce St.
