Eddie Murphy has commented on possible further sequels in the Beverly Hills Cop franchise following the release of Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F on Netflix. Speaking with The Today Show, Murphy hyped up the release of the fourth movie, which is due to land on the streaming platform next month, and hinted that he would be willing to come back for more

Academy Award winner Will Smith continues to make his comeback following "The Slap Heard Around the World," with the actor and Hollywood icon now set to lead a new science fiction thriller for Sony. Titled Resistor, the movie will be based on Influx, a book by bestselling author Daniel Suarez, which takes place in a world where a select few are already living in the technological future.

Jurassic World star Bryce Dallas Howard has opened up about the legacy of the franchise, and what advice she can give to the new generation. Despite the fact that she won't return for the upcoming relaunching of the franchise, Howard is positive about what's coming and the team in charge of revamping the Jurassic world, saying:

The upcoming Street Fighter live adaptation has lost its directors. Danny and Michael Philippou, the filmmaking duo behind A24's acclaimed Talk to Me, have exited the project. According to The Hollywood Reporter, scheduling conflicts are "partly to blame" for the brothers' exit as Legendary (the studio behind the film) and Capcom did not want to wait for them to finish an upcoming project.

One year ago today, the leading cast of James Gunn's new movie, David Corenswet as Clark Kent/Superman and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, met for their first screen test. Corenswet takes over from Henry Cavill, whose tenure as the Man of Steel saw a shaky end after yoyoing announcements about his return to the character in the DC Extended Universe's later projects.
