Rape-crisis Center Splitting From Ou

A southeastern Ohio rape-crisis center and Ohio University are parting ways, and advocates for sexual-assault victims say it will mean better service. Starting Oct. 1, the Survivor Advocacy Outreach Program will operate under the auspices of My Sister's Place, a domestic-violence shelter in Athens County.
