Reese Withersppon will star in and produce "Rule #1," which is "about a New York woman who befriends a Puerto Rican girl with attention deficit disorder." Man, that sounds....great. I'm sure it won't be hokey or melodramatic at all. Reese is also apparently developing another project called "Around the World in 80 Dates." What is it with these women after winning an Oscar?
