In an offseason focused on what Dez Bryant can and can't do for the Cowboys, the wide receiver seems to be taking matters into his own hands. As NFL.com's Jane Slater first reported, Bryant will work with with a "route guru" named David Robinson this offseason. And it sounds like Robinson knows where Bryant's game needs some polishing. In an interview with "The Ben & Skin Show" on 105.3 FM The Fan, Robinson, who has worked with receivers like Antonio Brown, Emmanuel Sanders and TE Jordan Reed, said he "definitely" thinks he can improve Bryant's route running skills."Dez still shows a lot of explosiveness in and out of his cuts," Robinson said.
