Police are investigating the shooting of a 20-year-old man who came into the West Sacramento Police Department office today, bleeding from his chest. Officers were heading to the location of the 2 p.m. shooting, at Arthur Drive and Cummins Way in West Sacramento, when the wounded man showed up at the police headquarters after getting a ride, a police spokesman said.
