KINGSPORT — Noah Shelton ran for four touchdowns, including a pair in the fourth quarter, and Daniel Boone turned back Sullivan South 34-30 to ruin Justin Hilton’s Rebels coaching debut on Friday night. The mutual 2017 kickoff was scheduled to be played at South but moved to Sullivan North because of a flooded field in Colonial Heights.
