It looks like "Silent Hills," one of last year's big game announcements, may have been cancelled. The game, a continuation/minor reboot of the famed "Silent Hill" franchise, was to be a collaboration between "Metal Gear" series creator Hideo Kojima and filmmaker Guillermo del Toro. During a panel discussion at the San Francisco Film Festival the other night, del Toro suggested that the game has been cancelled, saying "It's not gonna happen and that breaks my greasy heart" according to reporter Matt Hackney on Twitter. The game was teased last year with "P.T.", a Fox Engine-powered mini-game/demo that scored strong reviews.
