The Bond themes are iconic and the pressure on any artist to deliver is intense, especially in the wake of Adele's theme for the previous film "Skyfall" which took home both the Oscar and Golden Globe. The film's director Sam Mendes says the number has already been recorded and is pretty much ready to go, but just who recorded it remains a subject of fierce speculation. THR reports that Smith remains the easy favorite with odds of 2-to-5 despite Smith himself denying the rumors earlier this year.
