The Hollywood Reporter is expecting a four-day opening of $40 million to $45 million, while Deadline is pushing it a bit further to a potential $47 million. That's not a bad start considering the movie has an estimated production budget of $95 million. It's also worth mentioning that video game movies have a history of making most of their money outside of America and Canada.
