MADRID (AP) — Spain’s government announced plans Friday for what it said would be the toughest legislation in the European Union on restricting advertising for on-line betting houses. Advertising for betting, above all for sports bets, has grown rapidly in Spain in recent years and dominates commercials during soccer matches.
