Billie Lourd, daughter of the late Carrie Fisher, wrote an emotional essay about her mother and how she is proud to have become the "Keeper of Princess Leia." Lourd wrote her story on Time and began by saying how she "grew up with three parents: a mom, a dad, and Princess Leia." She compared Princess Leia to her stepmom - "technically family, but deep down didn't really like her." "She literally and metaphorically lived on a planet I had never been to," Lourd wrote.
