State Rep. Sandra Williams entered a no-contest plea and was found guilty this morning of a pair of first-degree misdemeanors related to her sale of Ohio State football tickets that she purchased with campaign funds. Williams, 46, a Cleveland Democrat, purchased four Ohio State football season tickets in 2010 for $2,255 using campaign money.
