Which is the premise of "The Writers' Room," a new Sundance Channel series announced today and co-presented by Entertainment Weekly. The show will run for six half-hour episodes and will venture into the writers' rooms of major cable dramas and acclaimed network sitcoms. “We know that much of today’s best entertainment is on television, but Sundance Channel and Entertainment Weekly want to know -- who, what, when, where and why?!” said Sarah Barnett, Sundance Channel's General Manager.
