A man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a security guard during a confrontation at a bar in northwest Houston late last night. Jose Rodrigo Romero, 43, is charged with murder in the death of Carlos Melendez-Solis, 46, at a sports bar at 8104 W. Tidwell near Wyandott about 9 p.m.
