The call center worker accused of making threats at the Los Angeles Times building has been held for a mental health evaluation. Matthew Lowes, 28, reportedly carried a pillowcase full of bullets into the building on Friday and confronted his supervisor at VXI Global Solutions, which rents space on the second floor.
