Sykes Signs Pay Package With New Cfo

More than a month after announcing John Chapman would be the new chief financial officer at Sykes Enterprises Inc., Chapman and Sykes have inked an employment contract. Chapman’s compensation package could total as much $775,000, including a base salary of $330,000 a year, a performance-based bonus of up to 50 percent of his base salary and annual grants under Sykes’ long-term incentive plan with a target award of 100 percent of base salary, a filing with the U.S.
