Google Unveils Android 'Honeycomb' Tablet

Google Mobile Platform VP Andy Rubin literally arrived with a bag full of tricks at the D: Get Into Mobile Conference, showing publicly for the very first time an Android "Honeycomb" tablet. The roughly 10-inch, Motorola device was sleek, black, thin and sported an Android interface unlike any we've seen before. There was a very clean homepage, but the app page looked almost Apple iPad-like. Plus, when Rubin brought up the Gmail app, it looked almost exactly like Gmail on the iPad.

Google Profile for Wopular

Gmail Sneak Peek allows you to get a preview of the message you’ve currently got selected, without actually opening it. Nested Labels allows you to put your labels in a hierarchy, which excites me less, but apparently is oft-requested.

Google Hacks From China Originated In Two Prominent Schools

The Internet attacks that may end up driving Google Inc. out of China originated from two prominent schools in the country, according to a story published late Thursday. Loving Google Buzz So Far

Some features just make sense. Google Buzz is one of them. It's nothing new really. It's just Twitter integrated within GMail, and with commenting, it looks a lot like Facebook.
