Registrars in Virginia say turnout is light as voters pick a Democratic nominee for governor. The choices are former Democratic National Committee chairman Terry McAuliffe, state Sen. Combined, they've raised a state record $15 million with the November election against Republican Bob McDonnell still five months off.
