The bodies of the nine suspected Pakistani terrorists -- all believed to have been involved in the attacks on Mumbai -- are still lying in a hospital morgue almost five months after the attacks occurred.

The trial of the only surviving suspected gunman in the bloody Mumbai siege began Friday with the prosecutor calling the attacks "a criminal conspiracy hatched in Pakistan to attack India."

India Saturday said the international community should consider declaring Pakistan a terrorist state in light of the latter's release of the scientist who sold nuclear scientists around the globe.
