A man shot his grandson to death during an argument at a home in Pasadena early this morning. The shooting occurred about 2 a.m. at the house in the 4400 block of Foxmeadow near Allen-Genoa, said Vance Mitchell, a spokesman for the Pasadena Police Department.

After a heated argument, the referee, identified as 26-year-old Francisco Edio Gregorio Chaves, pulled out a knife and stabbed da Silva in the chest, Momento24.com reported.
