The owner of a Northeast Side towing company pleaded guilty to a cocaine-trafficking conspiracy charge after 88 pounds of the drug was found in cars hauled by one of his trucks. Bolivar Medina, 31, entered the plea in federal court in Columbus on Monday. Medina could face 10 years to life in prison and a $10 million fine, although federal sentencing rules would allow U.S.
