Is Trump About To Pardon U.s. Soldiers Convicted Of War Crimes?

Back in 2020, Donald Trump's debate with Joe Biden was canceled due to Trump's COVID-19 diagnosis and refusal to appear remotely rather than in person. He seemed to want Biden to catch Covid.
