Screen grab President Donald Trump made the abrupt decision to pull the remaining US troops out of Kurdish-controlled areas in Syria last month, setting in motion a regional domino effect. One consequence is that Turkey took over swathes of formerly Kurdish territory — and in the process inherited many ISIS prisoners being held there. It now has to deal with what is says are around 1,200 foreign fighters.
