By Ryan Quinn The University of Charleston announced Wednesday $5 million in donations that will expand its planned sports center to include academic functions and put the building on track for completion about a year and a half from now. The building will be called the Russell and Martha Wehrle Innovation Center, named after the late longtime UC Board of Trustees members whose foundation made the gift.
