Six-term U.S. Rep. Doug Lamborn of Colorado Springs should not be on the Republican primary ballot this year, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled Monday. The ruling finds in favor of a lawsuit that contended Lamborn didn’t properly petition his way onto the ballot. Lamborn’s campaign could not immediately be reached for comment.
