Christopher Sardelli csardelli@thelancasternews.com A Lancaster man wanted in connection with the kidnapping and shooting of a man last fall was tracked down and arrested last month. Local authorities had been searching for Rendell Jomon Cunningham, 30, 1858 Colton Way, since Oct. 4, 2013, in connection with an incident where a man was held at gunpoint in his car, kidnapped and later shot in the back, according to a Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office incident report and arrest warrants.
