Libertarian presidential nominee Gary Johnson, a former governor of New Mexico, first shot himself in the foot when, on MSNBC's Morning Joe, he appeared baffled at mention of Aleppo, a Chicago-sized city under siege in Syria. He just had his second self-described "Aleppo moment" on Wednesday — also, coincidentally, on MSNBC — when he was unable to name a world leader he likes — or, really, any world leader.
